Our Policy on Returns, Exchanges & Refunds


At Rubber Stuff, customer satisfaction is important to us. While many of our products are custom cut to order, we aim to be fair and flexible wherever possible.

Returns:

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. If more than 14 days have passed, we may be unable to offer a full refund.

• Products eligible for return must be unused, in their original condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item.

Exceptions:

We understand that situations vary, and we will always do our best to offer a suitable resolution if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note the following:

Many of our products are manufactured to order. As such, we may not be able to accept returns or issue refunds where:

• The incorrect product was ordered
• The item is unsuitable for its intended application

Exchanges:

We don’t typically offer exchanges. Please arrange a return with us and then place a new order.
