1. We may not be able to accept returns or issue refunds where:
• The incorrect product was ordered
• The item is unsuitable for its intended application
2. All carriage costs for returned goods are to be paid by the customer.
3. Lead time only begins once payment has been received. Any lead times quoted are always approximate.
4. Orders can be cancelled up to the point of despatch. Bespoke orders that have been specially manufactured, a 25% handling charge is made.
5. Our material has a size tolerance of up to 10%
6. The information given on our Website is, to the best of our knowledge, true & accurate. However the conditions to which our products are used are out of our control & are supplied without warranty or guarantee.
7. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that material supplied is suitable for the purpose required. No liability is accepted for direct or consequential loss.
