Commercial Grade Solid Rubber

Material:

Our Solid Commercial Grade Rubber is a mixture of Natural Rubber and Styrene Butadiene Rubber.

It is waterproof and has good resistance to impact, abrasion and wear. It is strong, durable and flexible, making it a great multi-purpose product. This material can be cut with a pair of scissors or a craft knife, allowing you to cut it to your desired length or shape.

It can be stuck to most hard surfaces using a general purpose contact adhesive. Application will work best on a surface that is smooth, clean, dry and free of any oil or grease.

Uses:

This product is used in multiple industries, and around the home. Some examples of use include:

• Sealing
• Cushioning, packing & buffering
• Impact resistance
• Non-slip applications
• Bumping protection
• Cushioning
• Make your own gasket or flange seal
• For use in caravan, boat, car, truck, van or trailer

Sizes:

Our solid rubber range is available in the following sizes as standard, but we are always happy to try and accommodate custom size requests.

Thickness: 1mm to 12mm
Width: 10mm to 100mm

Sheets

Thickness: 1mm to 3mm
Sizes:
A4 = 210mm x 297mm
A3 = 297mm x 420mm
A2 = 420mm x 594 mm

Appearance:

Our solid rubber is black in colour. May contain some minor surface imperfections and blemishes.
Strips will usually be delivered as a coiled roll.
